Noel Heeran is a character designer and illustrator, with a BFA in Animation and Interactive Media from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. He has studied under industry professionals in online courses through the CG Master Academy, and the School of Visual Storytelling programs. His character design skill has been featured in productions for Animation Libation Studios.
